Verify the customer before opening a call

We send a one-time code to the mobile number, then identify the customer in Priority by phone.

Verification is required before opening a service call.

What happens after submission?

  1. The customer is verified using a phone number and OTP.
  2. The system confirms the customer exists in Priority and loads the selectable fields.
  3. A service call is opened with fault type, description, urgency and attachments only.
